Wild Youth Presents the Bank Holiday BioBlitz at White Post Farm & Zoo
Join us this August Bank Holiday for an exciting wildlife discovery adventures with Wild Youth!
Wild Youth, alongside wildlife experts and conservationists, will be spending 24 hours uncovering the incredible wildlife that calls the farm & zoo home. From bats and moths to butterflies, birds, mini beasts and pond creatures, they’re on a mission to discover just how wild White Post Farm & Zoo really is!
On Saturday, the public are invited to get involved with a range of FREE wildlife activities, including:
Guided Butterfly Identification Walks
Family Pond Dipping Sessions
Mini Beast Hunts
Meet the Experts Wildlife Talks
Moth Discoveries from the Night Surveys
Tree & Plant Identification Activities
Help record wildlife using iNaturalist Citizen Science Projects
Whether you’re a budding naturalist or simply curious about the nature on your doorstep, come along and help us discover, record and celebrate local wildlife.
